When Carye suffered from daily stomach aches I
used a remedy that was
my great grandmothers.
Ingredients:
Fennel Seed - for the stomach
Chamomile tea - for calm
then you can use peppermint or spearmint tea for a change of taste with
the fennel and Chamomile.
Grind up the Fennel seed in a small blender then add chamomile tea and
blend. Put mixture into a tea ball and put into cup of hot water. You
can use a little sugar to taste.
I would give this to my daughter with her breakfast and we had haven't
had any problem with her stomach since. She doesn't need it that often
anymore, I just notice when she gets anxious about tests or an event at
school, she asks for her special tea.
