If you need a room you may call the Double Tree direct at 281-848-4000. The cost is $109.00 + taxes per night. For the blocked room rate tell them you are coming in for the Meningitis Angels meeting.
For those of you flying in, there is a free shuttle from Bush Intercontinental Airport (Houston) to the hotel.
A complementary continental breakfast and full working lunch will be served.
